Booking Policy

All bookings made online, through social media, or by phone are subject to confirmation by Red Dragon Party Bus and driver availability. To ensure availability, please book at least 72 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings (within 72 hours), call us directly. We may adjust pick-up locations for safety or accessibility, with prior notice.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before the trip.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

• GCash
• PayPal (Credit/Debit Card)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash (paid in advance)

Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before the event: 50% refund of total paid (excluding deposit)
• Within 72 hours of the event: No refund; full amount due
• No-show: 100% charge of total booking

Finishing early will still be charged in full as we schedule exclusively for your time slot.

Fuel Surcharge

Our base is in BGC, Taguig. Fuel charges apply based on the distance traveled:

• Metro Manila: Included in base rate
• Clark, Pampanga: Additional ₱4,000 (includes round-trip fuel and tolls)
• Other provinces: Contact us for a quote

Extensions

Need more time? Extensions are available if the schedule allows. Additional time is billed at ₱5,000 per hour and must be paid in advance.

Standard Rate & Capacity

• ₱5,000 per hour
• Minimum of 3 hours per booking
• Up to 32 passengers
• Includes driver, fuel (Metro Manila), ice, and water
• BYOB – No corkage fees!

Optional Add-Ons

• Onboard Host – ₱1,000
• Interior Theme Design – ₱1,500
• Balloons – ₱800

Prohibited Items & Behavior

To maintain safety and comfort onboard, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking or vaping (₱1,000 fine)
• Underage drinking
• Illegal drugs
• Weapons

Any damage or excessive mess will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

Gratuity

Tips are not required but always appreciated. Feel free to thank your driver directly if you had an awesome time!

Breakdowns & Emergencies

If mechanical issues occur, we will attempt to dispatch a replacement vehicle. If unavailable, we will refund the unused portion of your rental.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. We only use your personal information for booking and Red Dragon promotions. By booking, you agree to receive updates or promos via email, text, or social media unless you opt out.
