How do I book Red Dragon Party Bus?

Start by sending your event date, preferred start time, estimated number of passengers, pickup area, route, event type, and requested booking duration. Red Dragon Party Bus will review availability and route requirements before providing or confirming your quotation. You can submit your details through the booking page.

When is my booking officially confirmed?

Your date and vehicle are reserved only after the required 50% deposit has been received and confirmed by Red Dragon Party Bus. An inquiry, quotation, social-media conversation, verbal discussion, or unpaid invoice does not reserve the date.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, long weekends, major events, and peak nightlife dates. Some Makati, private-village, hotel, casino, and venue routes may also require additional time for permit, security, access, or vehicle coordination.

Can I view the party bus before booking?

A scheduled viewing may be available depending on the bus schedule and operating requirements. Contact the team before visiting because walk-in inspections are not guaranteed. You can also view the interior, lighting, seating, and overall setup in the party bus gallery.

Can I change or reschedule my reservation?

Booking changes are subject to availability and must be approved in writing. Changes to the date, time, duration, route, stops, passenger count, or services may result in additional charges when they affect scheduling, permits, route planning, access approvals, vehicle preparation, add-ons, or operating requirements.

Does a promotional rate transfer to a new date?

Not automatically. A promotional rate is approved for a specific booking and may need to be reviewed again if the date, schedule, route, duration, or other important details change. Any promotional rate must be reconfirmed by Red Dragon Party Bus in writing.

How much does it cost to rent Red Dragon Party Bus?

The standard public rate is ₱9,500 per hour with a three-hour minimum. A standard three-hour booking is ₱28,500 before additional route fees, access charges, optional add-ons, or other confirmed expenses.

Is the ₱7,500 hourly rate still available?

A selective promotional rate of ₱7,500 per hour, with a three-hour minimum, may be considered for approved Monday-through-Thursday bookings, last-minute empty dates, repeat clients, creator collaborations, strategic hotel, casino, club, or tourism partnerships, and bookings with exceptional promotional value.

The promotional rate is subject to approval and availability. It is not guaranteed, is not the regular public rate, and is not normally offered for Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or high-demand dates. It is valid only when confirmed in writing.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled start of service unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods may include GCash, credit card through PayPal, bank transfer when available, and cash subject to approval. The available method should be confirmed before sending payment.

Can I pay in installments?

The normal payment structure is a 50% deposit followed by payment of the remaining balance before service begins. Any different payment arrangement must be requested in advance and approved by Red Dragon Party Bus in writing.

Are there additional route or access fees?

Additional charges may apply for Makati permits or coordination, private-village clearance, parking, tolls, venue access, property access, waiting time, security requirements, special permits, extended routing, and other itinerary-related expenses. Known charges will be explained before confirmation whenever reasonably possible.

Is there an additional charge for trips outside Metro Manila?

Selected trips outside Metro Manila may require an Out-of-Town Travel Fee of approximately ₱4,000 to ₱6,000. The final amount depends on the destination, route, distance, travel time, tolls, and operating requirements.

What happens if we go over our reserved time?

Overtime is subject to vehicle and driver availability and must be approved by Red Dragon Party Bus. Unless a different rate is stated in writing, overtime follows the confirmed hourly rate for the booking. Standard-rate overtime is normally ₱9,500 per hour, while approved promotional-rate overtime is normally ₱7,500 per hour.

What is normally included in a standard booking?

A standard booking includes a professional driver and private use of the 35-foot VIP party bus for the confirmed route and duration. Standard onboard features may include Bluetooth sound, client-controlled music, LED party lighting, karaoke, dance poles, an onboard cooler, flexible routing, and multiple stops subject to route approval and booked time.

Can I play my own music?

Yes. Guests can normally connect an approved device through Bluetooth and control their own playlist. Music and entertainment must remain at a level that does not interfere with the driver, public safety, venue rules, or local restrictions.

Is Red Dragon Party Bus BYOB-friendly?

Approved drinks may be brought onboard when permitted for the booking. Guests must follow applicable laws, venue requirements, and driver instructions. The Client is responsible for preventing underage drinking, overconsumption, unsafe conduct, and excessive mess.

Can I bring food onboard?

Food and special serving setups should be discussed before the booking. Approval may depend on the type of food, packaging, cleanliness requirements, route, and event setup. The Client is responsible for spills, stains, food waste, broken items, and excessive cleaning caused by guests.

How many guests can the party bus accommodate?

The Red Dragon Party Bus can accommodate up to 32 passengers. The maximum capacity must not be exceeded, and the Client should provide an accurate estimated group size before the event.

Can I add performers to my booking?

Performers may be added for ₱2,000 per hour, per performer. A minimum performer booking of three hours applies, making the minimum charge ₱6,000 per performer. Availability is not guaranteed until the performer and schedule are separately confirmed.

Can I decorate the party bus?

Décor and special setups must be requested and approved in advance. Approval depends on the materials, installation method, safety, vehicle protection, cleanup requirements, and preparation time. Decorations that damage surfaces, block exits, interfere with equipment, create a fire risk, or affect driver visibility are not permitted.

What areas do you serve?

Primary Metro Manila areas include BGC, Uptown Bonifacio, Makati, Poblacion, Okada Manila, Entertainment City, Mall of Asia, Pasay casino areas, and selected hotels, casinos, clubs, restaurants, and event venues. Every route remains subject to traffic, access, security, permit, and vehicle restrictions.

Can we request multiple stops?

Yes. Multiple pickups, stops, and drop-offs may be included when they fit within the confirmed booking time and can be completed safely and legally. All stops should be submitted before the event for route and access review.

Are custom routes available?

Yes. Custom routes may be arranged for nightlife plans, birthdays, casino trips, tourist groups, hotel transfers, corporate celebrations, and other private events. The itinerary must be approved based on road access, booked time, traffic, permits, security restrictions, and operating practicality.

Can the party bus enter private villages, hotels, casinos, or venue loading areas?

Access depends on the property’s rules and the size of the vehicle. Some locations require prior security approval, vehicle registration, permits, village clearance, parking arrangements, or coordination with property management. Entry or curbside access cannot be guaranteed without the required approval.

Do you offer out-of-town trips?

Selected out-of-town trips may be approved for destinations such as Tagaytay, Batangas, Pampanga, Clark, and other suitable areas. Approval depends on the route, road conditions, travel time, driver schedule, vehicle access, and operating requirements. An Out-of-Town Travel Fee will normally apply.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the party bus. The Client may be charged for cleaning, odor removal, damage, or downtime caused by smoking or vaping onboard.

Are there age restrictions?

Adult bookings are standard. If minors will be included, the Client must disclose this before confirmation so the event setup can be reviewed. Underage drinking is prohibited, and guests consuming alcohol must comply with applicable legal-age requirements and may be asked to present identification.

Can guests stand or dance while the bus is moving?

Guests must not stand, dance, climb, or move in an unsafe manner while the vehicle is in motion. All passengers must follow the driver’s safety instructions. The driver may stop the vehicle or refuse to continue when guest behavior creates a safety risk.

What conduct is prohibited onboard?

Illegal substances, weapons, dangerous items, fighting, harassment, violence, abusive behavior, serious disruption, unsafe activity, and interference with the driver or vehicle controls are prohibited. Red Dragon Party Bus may refuse boarding or terminate service without refund when serious misconduct or safety violations occur.

Who is responsible for damage or excessive cleaning?

The booking Client is responsible for damage and excessive cleaning caused by the Client or guests. Charges may apply for vomiting, spills, stains, food waste, broken items, damaged equipment, damaged interior or exterior components, biohazard cleaning, repair, replacement, restoration, and related vehicle downtime.

What happens if someone leaves an item on the bus?

Red Dragon Party Bus is not responsible for belongings that are lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten. However, reasonable efforts will be made to locate and return an item found after the booking. Delivery, shipping, storage, or return costs may be charged to the owner.

What is the cancellation policy?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable when the Client cancels the booking. Treatment of any payment beyond the deposit depends on the timing of the cancellation, committed expenses, reserved availability, third-party costs, and the written booking terms. No-shows and cancellations at the time of service may result in the full booking amount remaining due.

What happens if the bus has a mechanical issue?

Red Dragon Party Bus will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle, delayed start, modified service, rescheduling, credit, or another practical solution when available. If Red Dragon Party Bus cancels for a reason within its reasonable control and cannot provide an accepted alternative, payment for the service that cannot be provided will be handled according to the written booking terms and applicable law.
