Terms and Conditions
Red Dragon Party Bus — Metro Manila, Philippines
These Terms and Conditions govern booking requests, confirmed reservations, payments, and use of Red Dragon Party Bus services. By submitting a booking request, approving a quotation or itinerary, paying a deposit or other amount, confirming through electronic communication, signing a service agreement, boarding the vehicle, or using the service, the Client agrees to these Terms on behalf of the Client and all guests included in the booking.
1. Booking Confirmation and Availability
All booking requests are subject to vehicle availability, route review, operational approval, and written confirmation by Red Dragon Party Bus. Dates are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved by an inquiry, quotation, verbal discussion, social-media message, or unpaid invoice.
A booking becomes secured only after the required deposit has been received and confirmed. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, long weekends, major events, and peak nightlife dates may sell out early.
Makati roads, private villages, BGC areas, hotels, casinos, clubs, event venues, parking zones, and security-controlled properties may require permits, access clearance, vehicle registration, route checks, or advance coordination. Clients should submit complete route information as early as possible. Entry, waiting, parking, or curbside access cannot be guaranteed until approved by the relevant authority or property.
2. Standard Rate, Minimum Booking, and Promotional Rates
- Standard public rate: ₱9,500 per hour
- Minimum booking: 3 hours
- Standard three-hour booking: ₱28,500 before additional fees or add-ons
- Maximum vehicle capacity: Up to 32 passengers
The standard public rate applies to regular private bookings unless Red Dragon Party Bus approves a different rate in writing.
A selective promotional rate of ₱7,500 per hour, with a three-hour minimum, may be considered for Monday-through-Thursday bookings, last-minute empty dates, repeat-client appreciation, creator or influencer collaborations, strategic hotel, casino, club, or tourism partnerships, or bookings that provide exceptional promotional value.
The promotional rate is not guaranteed, is subject to approval and availability, is not normally available for Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or high-demand dates, and is valid only when confirmed by Red Dragon Party Bus in writing.
3. Quotations, Rate Adjustments, and Price Lock
Quotations are based on the information available when issued, including the date, schedule, route, stops, passenger count, access requirements, operating costs, permits, and requested services. Unless a quotation states otherwise, it does not reserve the date and may expire or be revised before the deposit is received.
Once the required deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed in writing, the confirmed hourly rate is locked for the agreed booking. Additional charges or a revised quotation may apply if the Client later changes the date, duration, start time, route, pickup or drop-off points, stops, group size, access requirements, add-ons, or other material booking details.
4. Deposit and Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The event date and vehicle are not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed by Red Dragon Party Bus.
The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled start of service unless a different arrangement is approved in writing. Red Dragon Party Bus may refuse boarding, delay departure, or cancel the booking if the required payment has not been completed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- GCash
- Credit card through PayPal
- Bank transfer, when available
- Cash, subject to prior approval
5. Additional Route, Access, and Travel Fees
The hourly booking rate does not automatically include every third-party or route-related cost. Additional charges may apply for permits, Makati access or coordination, private-village clearance, parking, tolls, venue access, property access, waiting time, special route requirements, route extensions, and other expenses required by the confirmed itinerary.
Approved trips outside Metro Manila may require an Out-of-Town Travel Fee of approximately ₱4,000 to ₱6,000, depending on the destination, route, distance, travel time, and operating requirements.
Red Dragon Party Bus will disclose and confirm known additional charges before the booking whenever reasonably possible. If a new permit, access, parking, toll, security, venue, government, or route-related requirement is discovered after confirmation, the Client will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and the necessary charge may be added to the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Standard Service Inclusions
A standard confirmed booking may include the following, subject to safe operation, availability, and the written quotation or service agreement:
- Professional driver
- Private use of the 35-foot Red Dragon VIP party bus
- Capacity of up to 32 passengers
- Bluetooth sound system with client-controlled music
- LED party lighting
- Karaoke system
- Dance poles
- Onboard cooler
- Flexible routing and multiple stops within the booked time, subject to route approval
Equipment and amenities are provided as available and may be restricted, substituted, or temporarily unavailable when required for safety, maintenance, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
7. Optional Add-Ons and Special Requests
Optional add-ons are not included unless separately quoted and confirmed in writing.
- Performers: ₱2,000 per hour, per performer, with a minimum booking of 3 hours and a minimum charge of ₱6,000 per performer
- Drinks or pre-stocking: Subject to the selected arrangement and written confirmation
- Décor or special setup: Subject to quotation, safety requirements, installation limits, and removal requirements
- Other special services: Subject to availability and written confirmation
Performer and third-party availability is not guaranteed until separately confirmed. Red Dragon Party Bus may replace, reschedule, or cancel an add-on when the provider becomes unavailable, in which case the remedy will be limited to a reasonable replacement, rescheduling, credit, or refund of the affected add-on amount, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Itinerary, Booked Time, Client Delays, and Route Changes
The Client must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations, map pins, contact persons, route details, access instructions, estimated passenger count, and requested stops before the event. Red Dragon Party Bus may require a route check or itinerary revision before confirmation.
Booked time begins at the confirmed service start time unless otherwise stated in writing. Late guests, incomplete directions, inaccessible pickup points, security delays, unavailable access points, extended stops, Client-requested waiting, and other delays caused by the Client or guests remain part of the booked service time.
Red Dragon Party Bus may adjust routes, timing, pickup points, drop-off points, waiting areas, or access points when necessary because of traffic, road restrictions, weather, flooding, checkpoints, venue rules, private-property restrictions, government requirements, vehicle access, safety, or operational practicality. A route adjustment made for these reasons does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.
9. Overtime and Extensions
Overtime is subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, route restrictions, permits, operational requirements, and safety considerations. Red Dragon Party Bus may decline an extension when the vehicle or driver has another commitment or when continued service is not practical or permitted.
Unless a different overtime rate is stated in the quotation or service agreement, overtime follows the confirmed hourly rate for the booking:
- Standard-rate booking overtime: ₱9,500 per hour
- Approved promotional-rate booking overtime: ₱7,500 per hour
Overtime must be approved by Red Dragon Party Bus and paid before or at the time the extension is granted unless management confirms another arrangement in writing.
10. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Early Termination by the Client
The 50% deposit is non-refundable when the Client cancels, abandons, or fails to proceed with the confirmed booking. This reflects the reserved vehicle, blocked schedule, planning work, and lost booking opportunity.
- More than 7 days before the event: amounts paid beyond the deposit may be refunded, less payment-processing fees and non-recoverable third-party or booking-specific costs.
- Within 7 days of the event: the deposit remains non-refundable, and other amounts paid may also be retained to cover reserved availability, committed expenses, staffing, route preparation, and losses caused by the late cancellation, subject to applicable law.
- No-show or cancellation at the time of service: the full confirmed booking amount may remain due.
If the Client chooses to end the trip early for a reason not caused by Red Dragon Party Bus, the full confirmed booking amount remains payable because the vehicle and service period were reserved exclusively for the Client.
11. Booking Changes and Rescheduling
Requests to change the date, start time, duration, route, stops, pickup or drop-off points, passenger count, or services are subject to availability and must be approved by Red Dragon Party Bus in writing.
A change may result in additional fees when it affects scheduling, permits, route planning, access approvals, driver arrangements, vehicle preparation, third-party add-ons, operating costs, or booking availability.
An approved promotional rate does not automatically transfer to a rescheduled date or materially changed booking. Any promotional rate must be reconfirmed in writing.
12. Client Responsibilities and Passenger Capacity
The booking Client is responsible for all guests included in the booking and must ensure that guests follow these Terms, the confirmed service agreement, venue rules, applicable laws, and all safety instructions given by the driver or Red Dragon Party Bus staff.
The Client must not permit the maximum capacity of 32 passengers to be exceeded and must provide an accurate estimated group size before the event.
The Client is also responsible for ensuring that all guests are ready at the agreed time, respect the vehicle and equipment, avoid disturbing the public, and do not engage in conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, destructive, or seriously disruptive.
13. Safety Rules and Prohibited Conduct
For the safety of passengers, staff, the vehicle, and the public, the following are prohibited:
- Unsafe standing, dancing, climbing, or movement while the vehicle is in motion
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
- Illegal drugs, unlawful controlled substances, or illegal activity
- Weapons, dangerous items, open flames, or hazardous materials
- Fighting, harassment, violence, threats, abusive behavior, or serious disruption
- Interfering with the driver, vehicle controls, doors, emergency equipment, sound equipment, lights, or other operating systems
- Refusing to follow reasonable safety, route, access, or conduct instructions
The driver may refuse any route, stop, pickup, drop-off, activity, or request that is unsafe, restricted, inaccessible, unlawful, or operationally impractical.
14. Alcohol, BYOB, and Guest Conduct
Clients may bring approved drinks onboard when permitted and confirmed for the booking. Any pre-stocking, drink package, supplier arrangement, or special beverage setup must be confirmed separately.
The Client is responsible for preventing underage drinking, unlawful alcohol service, overconsumption, disorderly conduct, and unsafe behavior. Guests must comply with applicable laws, venue policies, and driver instructions.
Red Dragon Party Bus may restrict or stop alcohol consumption when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, vehicle protection, cleanliness, or orderly operation. To the extent permitted by law, Red Dragon Party Bus is not responsible for disputes, unlawful acts, intoxication, or injury resulting from a guest’s own unsafe or unlawful conduct.
15. Refusal of Boarding and Service Termination
Red Dragon Party Bus may refuse boarding, suspend the trip, remove a guest when safe and lawful to do so, or terminate the service without refund when the Client or any guest engages in illegal activity, violence, harassment, serious misconduct, major damage, unsafe behavior, repeated violation of instructions, or conduct that places the driver, vehicle, passengers, staff, or public at risk.
The Client remains responsible for unpaid booking amounts, damage, cleaning, third-party charges, and other losses caused by the Client or guests even when service is refused or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
16. Damage, Cleaning, and Vehicle Downtime
The Client is responsible for damage to the vehicle, furnishings, fixtures, lights, electrical components, sound or karaoke equipment, flooring, interior panels, dance poles, doors, windows, cooler, exterior body, and other property caused by the Client or any guest.
Additional cleaning charges may apply for vomiting, spills, stains, food waste, broken glass, excessive trash, smoke or vape residue, biohazards, or other cleaning beyond normal post-service preparation.
Charges may include the reasonable cost of inspection, cleaning, sanitizing, repair, replacement, restoration, third-party labor, transport, and vehicle downtime when the bus cannot be used because of damage or excessive cleaning caused by the Client or guests.
17. Lost, Stolen, or Forgotten Items
Red Dragon Party Bus is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten in or around the vehicle, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Reasonable efforts will be made to locate and return items found after the event. The owner may be responsible for delivery, shipping, storage, or return-related costs.
18. Traffic, Delays, and Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Metro Manila traffic, road closures, flooding, severe weather, checkpoints, public disturbances, venue congestion, security checks, private-property restrictions, government action, accidents, power or communications interruptions, civil disturbance, natural disasters, public-safety incidents, and other events beyond reasonable control may affect the route, timing, amenities, or service.
Red Dragon Party Bus will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and consider practical alternatives, route changes, delayed performance, rescheduling, credit, or another reasonable solution based on the circumstances, availability, committed costs, and applicable law. Exact arrival times and completion of every requested stop cannot be guaranteed when circumstances are outside Red Dragon Party Bus’s reasonable control.
19. Mechanical Issues, Emergencies, and Provider Cancellation
If a mechanical issue, accident, emergency, or other operational problem affects the service, Red Dragon Party Bus will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle, delayed start, modified service, rescheduling, credit, or another practical alternative where available.
If Red Dragon Party Bus cancels the booking for a reason within its reasonable control and cannot provide an accepted alternative, amounts paid for the service that cannot be provided will be refunded. The non-refundable deposit rule applies to Client-initiated cancellations and does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Red Dragon Party Bus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from traffic, venue denial, missed reservations, missed flights, missed events, third-party acts, guest misconduct, lost profits, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Privacy and Communications
Red Dragon Party Bus may collect and use personal information reasonably necessary to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, confirm identity and booking details, process payments, plan routes, coordinate with venues or service providers, provide the booked service, respond to incidents, maintain business and legal records, and communicate important booking updates.
Information may be shared with drivers, payment providers, venues, security personnel, route or permit coordinators, performers, suppliers, or other service providers only when reasonably necessary for the booking, business operations, safety, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Promotional messages will be sent only with consent or when otherwise permitted by applicable law. Recipients may request to opt out of promotional communications. Red Dragon Party Bus does not sell personal information and will retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, safety, accounting, or dispute resolution.
22. Electronic Communications and Acceptance
The Client agrees that quotations, invoices, confirmations, itineraries, service agreements, amendments, approvals, notices, and acceptance may be communicated electronically through email, website forms, messaging applications, social media, electronic payment records, or other written digital communication. Electronic confirmation, payment, or conduct showing acceptance may form part of the booking record.
23. Booking Documents, Conflicts, and Amendments
These Terms work together with the confirmed quotation, invoice, itinerary, add-on confirmation, and signed or electronically accepted service agreement. Booking-specific details stated in a later written document will control over a conflicting general provision in these Terms to the extent of that specific conflict.
Any amendment, exception, discount, waiver, refund arrangement, rescheduling approval, or special promise must be confirmed by an authorized Red Dragon Party Bus representative in writing. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
24. Governing Law, Severability, and Statutory Rights
These Terms and the booking relationship are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the appropriate authority, dispute-resolution process, or court with jurisdiction.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections, privacy rights, or other legal rights that cannot be waived or excluded.
25. Changes to These Terms
Red Dragon Party Bus may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when a booking is confirmed will generally apply to that booking unless the Client and Red Dragon Party Bus agree to a later written amendment or a legal requirement applies. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current published version.
