Birthday Party Bus Manila Pricing

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the vehicle and event date. The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled start of service unless another arrangement is approved in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include GCash, credit card through PayPal, bank transfer when available, and cash subject to prior approval.

Unless a different overtime rate is stated in writing, approved overtime follows the confirmed hourly rate for the booking. Standard-rate overtime is normally ₱9,500 per hour, while approved promotional-rate overtime is normally ₱7,500 per hour.

Birthday Add-Ons and Special Requests

Performers may be added for ₱2,000 per hour, per performer. A minimum performer booking of three hours applies, making the minimum charge ₱6,000 per performer. Availability is not guaranteed until separately confirmed.

Approved drinks may be brought onboard. Pre-stocking, partner drink packages, decorations, themed setups, and other birthday requests must be discussed and confirmed before the booking.

Décor must not damage the interior, block exits, interfere with equipment, reduce driver visibility, or create a safety risk. The Client is responsible for damage, excessive mess, spills, stains, vomiting, broken items, and unusual cleaning caused by guests.

Route, Permit, and Travel Fees

Additional charges may apply for Makati permits or coordination, private-village clearance, parking, tolls, venue access, security-controlled properties, waiting time, route extensions, special permits, or other itinerary requirements.

A Makati-related permit, access, or coordination fee of approximately ₱2,500 may apply when required. The exact amount depends on the confirmed route and applicable requirements.

Approved trips outside Metro Manila may require an Out-of-Town Travel Fee of approximately ₱4,000 to ₱6,000, depending on the destination, distance, route, travel time, tolls, and operating requirements.
