Bachelorette Party Bus Manila Pricing

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the vehicle and event date. An inquiry, quotation, or unpaid invoice does not reserve the date.

The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled start of service unless a different arrangement has been approved in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include GCash, credit card through PayPal, bank transfer when available, and cash subject to prior approval.

Unless a different overtime rate is stated in writing, approved overtime follows the confirmed hourly rate. Standard-rate overtime is normally ₱9,500 per hour, while promotional-rate overtime is normally ₱7,500 per hour.

Optional Performers and Add-Ons

Performers may be added for ₱2,000 per hour, per performer. A minimum performer booking of three hours applies, making the minimum charge ₱6,000 per performer.

Performer availability is not guaranteed until the performer, event date, schedule, duration, and total fee have been separately confirmed.

Approved drinks may be brought onboard. Pre-stocking, partner drink packages, décor, themed setups, surprise arrangements, and other special requests must be discussed and confirmed before the event.

Decorations must not damage the interior, block exits, interfere with onboard equipment, reduce driver visibility, or create a safety risk. Additional preparation or cleanup charges may apply.

Responsible Planning and Guest Safety

The booking Client is responsible for the conduct, safety, and condition of all guests included in the celebration. Guests must follow the driver’s instructions, respect the vehicle and equipment, and comply with applicable laws and venue rules.

Guests must not stand, dance, climb, or move in an unsafe manner while the vehicle is in motion. Smoking, illegal substances, weapons, dangerous items, violence, harassment, serious disruption, and interference with the driver or vehicle controls are prohibited.

Red Dragon Party Bus may refuse boarding or terminate service without refund when a guest engages in illegal activity, violence, serious misconduct, unsafe behavior, major damage, or repeated refusal to follow safety instructions.

The Client is responsible for damage and excessive cleaning caused by guests, including spills, stains, vomiting, food waste, broken equipment, unusual trash, biohazard cleaning, repairs, replacement, and related vehicle downtime.

Route, Permit, and Travel Fees

Additional charges may apply for Makati permits or coordination, private-village clearance, hotel or casino access, parking, tolls, waiting time, venue access, security requirements, route extensions, and other itinerary-related expenses.

A Makati-related permit, access, or coordination fee of approximately ₱2,500 may apply when required. The final amount depends on the confirmed route, local requirements, and vehicle restrictions.

Approved trips outside Metro Manila may require an Out-of-Town Travel Fee of approximately ₱4,000 to ₱6,000, depending on the destination, route, distance, travel time, tolls, and operating requirements.
