Approved trips outside Metro Manila may require an Out-of-Town Travel Fee of approximately ₱4,000 to ₱6,000, depending on the destination, route, distance, travel time, tolls, and operating requirements.

Guest Conduct and Vehicle Protection

The booking Client is responsible for all guests included in the booking. Guests must follow the driver’s safety instructions, respect the vehicle and equipment, and comply with applicable laws, property rules, and venue policies.

Unsafe movement while the vehicle is in motion, smoking, illegal substances, weapons, dangerous items, violence, harassment, major disruption, and interference with the driver or vehicle controls are prohibited.

Red Dragon Party Bus may refuse boarding or terminate service without refund when a guest engages in illegal activity, violence, serious misconduct, major damage, unsafe behavior, or repeated refusal to follow safety instructions.

The Client is responsible for damage and excessive cleaning caused by guests, including spills, stains, vomiting, food waste, broken equipment, unusual trash, biohazard cleaning, repairs, replacement, restoration, and related vehicle downtime.
